The series is our dedicated effort to share the workload of students appearing in different government exams like CLAT PG, UGC-NET, PCS-J, PCS, UPSC, APO etc. This book is also going to be of great help to law students, advocates, teachers and judicial officers. The book comprehensively covers all the landmark judgement of contract law till 2024. The format of the book has been curated in such a way that it provides holistic understanding of the subject by focusing not just on the ratio decidendi but giving equal emphasis on facts as well. This has been done in the wake of current trend that is seen in every exam as the focus is now on application-based problems.
